Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, all or part of a parcel of land and any improvements located on the southwest corner of North Christopher Columbus Boulevard and Race Street, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Commissioner of Public Property.
