the Council of the City of Philadelphia
I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted June 4, 2009, Bill No. 090244, entitled "An Ordinance amending Section 19-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled 'Sales and Use Tax and Hotel Occupancy tax,' by revising the rate of tax, under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
