Authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to dispose of certain properties located in the Second Councilmanic District that will be transferred by the City to the Authority, by conveyance of such properties to the Philadelphia Land Bank in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
