Approving the redevelopment contract of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Ellsworth Urban Renewal Area, Unit No. 2, designated as Parcel No. 5C and also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 2025 Federal street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with AJK Investments, LP and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.
