Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 197 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Wensley Street from the southeasterly line of the Delaware Expressway (I-95) to a point approximately one hundred eighty-three (183) feet southeastwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Survey Bureau Manager of the Streets Department.
