Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of The City of Philadelphia, to acquire fee simple title to some or all of certain real estate parcels in Tinicum Township, Delaware County and to acquire a lesser interest, in the form of avigation easements, in some or all such parcels; all under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Director of Commerce.
