Transmitting a bill authorizing Bharat Patel, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the southwest corner of Broad and Chestnut Streets (1400-08 Chestnut Street), to construct, use and maintain conduits in and under the southwest corner of Broad and Chestnut Streets (1400-08 Chestnut Street) for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to the newsstand, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
