Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by exempting sidewalk sales by owners and tenants of properties on both sides of Twenty-second street, between Lehigh avenue and Allegheny avenue, and by permitting such activity under certain terms and conditions.

A motion was made by Councilmember Bass that this matter be Introduced and Referred to the Committee on Streets and Services. The motion carried unanimously.
