Transmitting a bill amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Bicycle Lanes," by authorizing the Department of Streets to designate bicycle lanes, in both directions, on Parkside Avenue from North 53rd Street to Bryn Mawr Avenue and authorizing the removal of travel lanes, in the same limits, all under certain terms and conditions.
