Adding a new Section 9-649 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Sale of Body Armor,” to require sellers of body armor to maintain and submit records regarding sales to Philadelphia residents; and adding a new Section 10-843 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Possession, Sale, and Transfer of Body Armor,” to require Philadelphia residents to register certain body armor with the City; all under certain terms and conditions.
