Amending Section 14-1600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Miscellaneous," by adding a new Section entitled, "Prohibition on licensed gaming facilities," prohibiting the erection, construction, alteration, or use of licensed gaming facilities and providing that no variance may be granted from such prohibition, all under certain terms and conditions.
