Authorizing the grant to the City of a right-of-way for gas main purposes within the lines of former Stevenson Street, southeast of Frankford Avenue, and the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 323 by placing on the City Plan the right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions.
