Calling on the Office of Labor Standards, or any other office designated by the Office of the Mayor, to convene the Living Wage Advisory Committee pursuant to ยง17-1311 of The Philadelphia Code, to review the implementation and effectiveness of Chapter 17-1300 of The Philadelphia Code entitled, "Philadelphia 21st Century Minimum Wage Standard," and to make recommendations to City Council before June 30, 2008.
