Transmitting a bill authorizing the Granary Partners, L.P., located at 1425 Walnut Street, Philadelphia Pennsylvania, to construct, own and maintain various encroachments within the city right-of-way on Shamokin Street between 19th Street and 20th Street, the north side of Callowhill Street between 19th Street and 20th Street, and the west side of 19th Street between Shamokin Street and Callowhill Street, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
