Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, by amending Section 9-203 relating to Street Vendors and Section 9-205 relating to sidewalk sales, by prohibiting street and sidewalk vending on certain portions of Callowhill and Sixteenth streets and creating a special vendor district on certain portions of Callowhill street, under certain terms and conditions.
