The Council of the City of Philadelphia:
I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted January 25, 2005, Bill No. 040972, entitled "An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to "Zoning and Planning," by amending Chapter 14-1600, entitled "Miscellaneous," by adding a new Section 14-1629, entitled "Yorktown Special District Controls"; all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
