Memorializing Council's intent that if the Mayor commits to the expenditure, solely for purposes related to the installation of a City-wide surveillance camera system, of the $10 million of appropriations that would be made available to the General Fund through enactment of Bill Nos. 070545 and 070546, then Council will enact those Bills at the earliest possible date.
