Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire from the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation fee simple title to, and all other real property interests in, a certain parcel of real estate with any improvements situated thereon located at 1208 Kater Street, also known as the rear of 614 South 12th Street, under certain terms and conditions.
