Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire from the School District of Philadelphia, fee simple title to the properties known as 4800-4802 Fairmount Avenue and 4927-4931 Chestnut Street and transfer them to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, under certain terms and conditions.
