Amending an Ordinance (Bill No. 060937) approved February 22, 2007, entitled "Granting permission to Ashwin B. Patel and Rams Newsstand, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the southwest corner of Tenth and Chestnut Streets, to construct, use and maintain conduits for fiber optic facilities in, under and across the southwest corner of Tenth and Chestnut Streets, for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to said newsstand," by deleting Section 5 it in its entirety.
