Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 367 by placing on the City Plan a variable width right-of-way for drainage purposes on the southwesterly side of Welsh Road approximately two-hundred forty-seven feet northwest of Banes Street and extending southeastwardly approximately four-hundred thirty-nine feet in depth, under certain terms and conditions.
