Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 11-S, 42, 43, 97, 269 and 308 by placing on the City Plan South Street from its current terminus northwest of the northwesterly Pierhead and Bulkhead Line of the Schuylkill River to the northwesterly Pierhead and Bulkhead Line of the Schuylkill River, widening South Street by 8' on the northeasterly side from 32nd Street to the northwesterly Pierhead and Bulkhead Line of the Schuylkill River, widening South Street on the southwesterly side by 8' from Convention Avenue to the northwesterly Pierhead and Bulkhead Line of the Schuylkill River, placing a certain triangular portion on the westerly corner of Convention Avenue and South Street, placing a certain triangular portion at the intersection of the southwesterly side of South Street and the southeasterly side of the CSX Railroad Right-of-Way line, by widening the northeasterly side of South Street by a variable width from the southeasterly Pierhead and Bulkhead Line of the Schuylkill River to a point approximately 254' west of the westerly side of 27th Street and by Placing a 30' wide and variable width Right-of-Way for Drainage Purposes on the southwesterly side of South Street southeast of the southeasterly Pierhead and Bulkhead Line of the Schuylkill River.
