Amending Chapter 12-900 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Parking Regulations and Penalties," by adding a new Section 12-918, entitled "Parking for Car Sharing Organizations," to provide on-street parking restricted to vehicles owned by such organizations and amending Section 12-2809, entitled "Civil Penalties and Costs," to provide for penalties, all under certain terms and conditions.
