I am herewith, as requested by your Resolution adopted today, Bill No. 180498, entitled "Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code entitled 'Zoning and Planning,' to provide for the procedures for the Administrative Review process; all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
