Remembering, Memorializing, Honoring, and Mourning the 32 people slain at Virginia Tech on April 16, 2007, and authorizing City Council's Committee on Public Safety to hold public hearings to investigate how safe the College Campuses in The City of Philadelphia are; and, in furtherance of such investigation, authorizing the issuance of subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents to the full extent authorized under Section 2-401 of the Home Rule Charter.
