Repealing Subcode "E" (The Philadelphia Electrical Code) of Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code," and adopting and incorporating, with certain additions, deletions and amendments, the 2003 International Electrical Code Administrative Provisions as the Philadelphia Electrical Code, all under certain terms and conditions.
