Indiana Avenue, 629 Porter Street, 414 Tasker Street, 3075 Tilton Street, 2206 Trenton Avenue, and 1326 Webster Street, for fair market value, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
      SECTION 1.      The Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia is hereby authorized to execute and deliver deeds conveying fee simple title to  parcels of land with any improvements thereon, located at 944 S. 5th Street, 2544 S. 5th Street, 1439 S. Beulah Street, 148 Brown Street, 1121 Catharine Street, 624 Cantrell Street, 505 Dickinson Street, 507 Dickinson Street, 2424 E. Indiana Avenue, 629 Porter Street, 414 Tasker Street, 3075 Tilton Street, 1326 Webster Street, 2206 Trenton Avenue, and 1103 N. Galloway Street and as more specifically described in Exhibit “A,” upon the best terms obtainable after appropriate public advertising and the receipt of competitive bids, and at fair market value.
 
      SECTION 2.      The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and approve all  instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.
 
 
EXHIBIT "A"
 
944 S. 5th Street
 
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
 
SITUATE on the West side of 5th Street at the distance of 21 feet 6 inches Northward from the North side of Carpenter Street in the 2nd Ward of the City of Philadelphia.
 
CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said 5th Street 16 feet and extending of that width in length or depth Westward on the Northerly line thereof 53 feet and on the Southerly line thereof 56 feet 3 inches.
 
BOUNDED Northward and Southward by ground now or late of the Estate of Phineas Eldridge, Eastward by the said 5th Street and Westward by a 3 feet wide alley leading into and from Carpenter Street.

SITUATE on the West side of Fifth Street at the distance of three hundred and fourteen feet Southward from the South side of Porter Street in the Thirty-ninth Ward of the City of Philadelphia.
 
CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said Fifth Street fourteen feet and extending of that width in length or depth Westward parallel lines at right angles to the said Fifth Street fifty-eight feet to a certain three feet wide alley extending from
Porter Street to Shunk Street.
 
TOGETHER with the free and common use, right liberty and privilege of the aforesaid alley as and for a passageway and watercourse at all times hereafter, forever.

CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said Beulah Street 13 feet 6 inches and extending of that width in length or depth Eastward on a line parallel with the said Dickinson Street 50 feet more or less to a 5 feet wide alley left open by Anthony P. Morris.
