THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
SECTION 1.      The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to execute and deliver deeds conveying fee simple title to  parcels of land with any improvements thereon, located at 405 Manton Street, 407 Manton Street, 409 Manton Street, 411 Manton Street, 413 Manton Street, 2042 Martha Street, 2457-59 Martha Street, 2105 East Hagert Street, 2106 East Cumberland Street, 2107 East Hagert Street, 2109 East Hagert Street, 2223 Blair Street, 2345 East Cumberland Street and as more specifically described in Exhibit “A,” upon the best terms obtainable after appropriate public advertising and the receipt of competitive bids, and at fair market value.
 
SECTION 2.      The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and approve all  instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.
