Title
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to grant to each of the respective owners of 9001, 9003 and 9005 Jennifer Terrace an easement across a portion of a certain parcel of land known as 8582 Bloomfield Avenue.
Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to enter into separate agreements with each of the respective owners of 9001, 9003 and 9005 Jennifer Terrace, granting to each an easement across a portion of the parcel of land known as 8582 Bloomfield Avenue, as further described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, as follows:

a) to grant to the owners of 9001 Jennifer Terrace an easement across Easement Area A, as further described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto.

b) to grant to the owners of 9003 Jennifer Terrace an easement across Easement Area B, as further described in Exhibit "C", attached hereto.

c) to grant to the owners of 9005 Jennifer Terrace an easement across Easement Area C, as further described in Exhibit "D", attached hereto.

SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City of Philadelphia and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.

SECTION 3. The Chief Clerk of City Council shall keep on file the documents referred to as Exhibits "A", "B", "C" and "D" and shall make them available for inspection by the public during regular office hours.

EXHIBIT "A"
Legal Description of 8582 Bloomfield Avenue

All that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the 63rd Ward of the City of Philadelphia and described in accordance with a Plan of Easement made by Barry Slepion, Surveyor and Regulator of the Fourth Survey District dated July 26, 2002 as follows to wit:

Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly side of Bloomfield Avenue (80' wide) the distance of 43.015' Southeastwardly from a point of curvature which point of curvature is the Southeasterly end of an arc which connects the Northeasterly side of the said Bloomfield Avenue with the Southeasterly side of Jennifer Terrace, having the radius of 11.000' and the arc distance of 17.279';

thence extending N 50º 06' 46" E, the distance of 484.610' to a point;
thence extending S 7º 20' 32" W, the distance of 205.742' to a point;
thence extending N 82º 39' 28" W, the distance of 100.000' to a point;
thence extending S 7º 20' 32" W, the distance of 150.000' to a point on the Northeasterly side of the said Bloomfield Avenue;
thence extending N 82º 39' 28" W, along the Northeasterly side of the said Bloomfield Avenue, the distance of 229.082' to the first mentioned point and place of beginning.

Being Easements 'A', 'B' and 'C' as shown on the above mentioned plan, also the entire Drainage Area.

Legal Description of Easement Area 'A'

All that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the 63rd Ward of the City of Philadelphia and described in accordance with a Plan of Easement made by Barry Slepion, Surveyor and Regulator of the Fourth Survey District dated July 26, 2002 as follows to wit:

Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly side of Bloomfield Avenue (80' wide) the distance of 43.015' Southeastwardly from a point of curvature which point of curvature is the Southeasterly end of an arc which connects the Northeasterly side of the said Bloomfield Avenue with the Southeasterly side of Jennifer Terrance, having the radius of 11.000' and the arc distance of 17.279';

thence extending N 50º 06'46" E, the distance of 147.548' to a point;
thence extending S 55º 07' 33" E, the distance of 145.346' to a point;
thence extending S 7º 20' 32" W, the distance of 41.127' to a point on the Northeasterly side of the said Bloomfield Avenue;
thence extending N 82º 39' 28" W, along the Northeasterly side of the said Bloomfield Avenue, the distance of 229.082' to the first mentioned point and place of beginning.

Being Easement 'A' as shown on above mentioned plan.

Legal Description of Easement Area 'B'

All that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the 63rd Ward of the City of Philadelphia and described in accordance with a Plan of Easement made by Barry Slepion, Surveyor and Regulator of the Fourth Survey District dated July 26, 2002 as follows to wit:

Beginning at an interior point which interior point is located the following two courses and distances from a point of curvature which point of curvature in the Southeasterly end of an arc connecting the Northeasterly side of Bloomfield Avenue (80' wide) with the Southeastern side of Jennifer Terrace (50' wide) having the radius of 11.000' and the arc distance of 17.279':

1. S 82º 39' 28" E, the distance of 43.015' to a point;
2. N 50º 06' 46" E, the distance of 147.548' to the interior point and place of beginning;

thence extending N 50º 06' 46" E, the distance of 132.019' to a point;
thence extending S 55º 07' 33" E, the distance of 119.470' to a point;
thence extending N 82º 39' 28" W, the distance of 66.703' to a point;
thence extending S 7º 20' 32" W, the distance of 108.873' to a point;
thence extending N 55º 07' 33" W, the distance of 145.346' to the first mentioned interior point and place of beginning.

Being Easement 'B' as shown on above mentioned plan.

Legal Description of Easement Area 'C'

All that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the 63rd Ward of the City of Philadelphia and described in accordance with a Plan of Easement made by Barry Slepion, Surveyor and Regulator of the Fourth Survey District dated July 26, 2002 as follows to wit:

Beginning at an interior point which interior point is located the following two courses and distances from a point of curvature which point of curvature in the Southeasterly end of an arc connecting the Northeasterly side of Bloomfield Avenue (80' wide) with the Southeastern side of Jennifer Terrace (50' wide) having the radius of 11.000' and the arc distance of 17.279':

1. S 82º 39' 28" E, the distance of 43.015' to a point;
2. N 50º 06' 46" E, the distance of 279.567' to the interior point and place of beginning;

thence extending N 50º 06' 46" E, the distance of 205.043' to a point;
thence extending S 7º 20' 32" W, the distance of 205.742' to a point;
thence extending N 82º 39' 28" W, the distance of 33.297' to a point;
thence extending N 55º 07' 33" W, the distance of 119.470' to the first mentioned interior point and place of beginning.
