THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-405 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is hereby authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 278 by:
(a) Striking from the City Plan and vacating Delaware Avenue from Robbins Street to Levick Street.
(b) Reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes, water main purposes, and public utility purposes within the lines of Delaware Avenue being stricken.
(c) Placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way reserved for drainage purposes extending from a point on the southeasterly side of Delaware Avenue, approximately two-hundred thirty-three feet southwest of Levick Street, southeastwardly to the Pierhead Line of the Delaware River.
(d) Relocating the southwesterly curbline of Levick Street, from Barnett and Elbridge Streets to Delaware Avenue, three feet southwestwardly and relocating the northeasterly curbline of said Levick Street, from Barnett and Elbridge Streets to Delaware Avenue, seven feet northeastwardly, thereby increasing the width of the cartway of said Levick Stree...
