Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, MADIS COFFEE ONE LLC (the "Owner"), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Property: 3527-31 Lancaster Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 D/B/A Madis Coffee Roasters
A total of seven (7) tables and fourteen (14) seats for a sidewalk caf? will be located along the south sidewalk of Race Street along the property line of 3527-31 Lancaster Avenue written in two parts:

Part 1
Three (3) tables and six (6) seats will be located adjacent to the building of 3527-31 Lancaster Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately five feet (5'-0") towards the north along the south footway of Race Street starting from a point approximately sixty-five feet (65'-0") east of the North 36th Street east curbline to a point appropriately fifteen feet ten inches (15'-10") farther east leaving a minimum eight feet (8'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

Part 2
Four (4) tables and eight (8) seats will be located adjacent to the building of 3527-31 Lancaster Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately five feet (5'-0") towards the north along the south footway of Race Street starting from a point approximately one hundred four feet eight inches (104'-8") east of the North 36th Street east curbline to a point appropriately twelve feet six inches (12'-6") farther east leaving a minimum eight feet (8'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspect...
