WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "New Kensington - Fishtown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 13, 1997, as amended; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown, designated as Parcel No. 57 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 2542 East Coral street (hereinafter "Parcel"). The area of said Parcel is bounded as follows:

Parcel No. 57 (2542 Coral street).

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground located in the Thirty-first Ward of the City of Philadelphia situates on the westerly side of Coral street at the distance of twenty seven feet southward from the southerly side of Hazard street; Containing in front or breadth on Coral street thirteen feet four inches and extending of that width in length or depth westward between parallel lines at right angles to said Coral street a distance of sixty six feet to the easterly side of a three feet wide alley.
