Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the East Germantown Redevelopment Area, identified by house number and street address as 5935 Kemble avenue; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Solomon Builders Corporation and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, In accordance with the provisions of the Urban Redevelopment Law, being the Act of May 24, 1945, P.L. 991, as amended and supplemented, the City Planning Commission of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Commission") has in September 2003, certified the East Germantown Redevelopment Area (hereinafter "East Germantown") as a redevelopment area and has completed a detailed redevelopment area plan for East Germantown dated September 2003; and
WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared a disposition supplement providing, inter alia, for development controls and regulations imposed upon the redeveloper; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of East Germantown, identified by house number and street address as 5935 Kemble avenue (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the messuage or tenement thereon erected; situate on the northeast side of Kemble avenue at the distance of one hundred twenty feet three and five-eighths inches southeast from the southeast side of Widener place in the Seventeenth Ward of the City of Philadelphia; Containing in front or breadth on the said Kemble avenue fifteen feet and of that width extending in length or depth between parallel lines running north fifty-seven degrees, eight minutes east eighty feet includin...
