WHEREAS, Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code relating to vacant property, grants the City the power to convey certain classes of real property to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, to implement the public purpose set forth in that Chapter; and

WHEREAS, The Vacant Property Review Committee has recommended acceptance and disposition of the vacant properties listed below; now therefore

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to 2339 North Carlisle street, 3114 West Dakota street, 1542 North Franklin street, 1511, 1521 and 1523 North Eighth street, 3113 West Gordon street, 2626 and 2628 North Hollywood street, 3140 Page street, 2526 West Somerset street, 1726-40 North Sixth street, 2837 North Ninth street, 2430 North Fifteenth street, 2046 North Eighteenth street, 2212 North Eighteenth street, 2122 and 2124 North Nineteenth street and 1932 North Twenty-second street pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code, under certain terms and conditions.
