WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an amended urban renewal plan and a amended redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the West Philadelphia Redevelopment Area, Haddington Urban Renewal Area, Unit Nos. 2 & 3 (hereinafter "Haddington"), which said amended plan and amended proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on September 29, 1969, as amended; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a disposition supplement providing, inter alia, for development controls and regulations imposed upon the Redeveloper.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Haddington designated as Parcel No. 117 and also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 426 Hobart street, (hereinafter "Property") hereinafter more particularly described. The area of said Property is bounded as follows:

Disposition Parcel No. 117 (426 North Hobart street).
