WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the East Poplar Urban Renewal Area, which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on December 24, 1959, as amended; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the East Poplar Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 101 also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 901-947 North Marshall street (hereinafter "Property"). The area of said Property is bounded as follows:

Parcel No. 101 (910-948 North Sixth street including 901-947 North Marshall street).

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situated in the Twentieth Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at the intersection of the southwesterly side of Sixth street (fifty feet wide) and the northeasterly side of Poplar street (seventy five feet wide); Thence extending west along said side of Sixth street four hundred sixty four feet five and seven-eighths inches to a point; Thence extending south at right angles to said Sixth street the distance of ninety three feet five inches to a point; Thence extending west on a line parallel to said Sixth street the distance of fifteen feet to a point; Thence extending south the distance of seventy seven feet ...
