Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 384 by widening Southampton Road approximately twelve (12) feet on the southwestwardly side, from its intersection with The Roosevelt Boulevard to a point approximately two hundred (200) feet northwestwardly therefrom, and by placing on the City Plan such widened portion of Southampton Road, all under certain terms and conditions.
