THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owners of the property identified below, currently, LAWRENCE POLANSKI and PING ZENG (the "Owners"), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows:

Encroachment Description

Property: 2101 S 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA

A total of five (5) tables and thirty (30) seats for a sidewalk caf? will be located along the south sidewalk of Snyder Avene along the curbline of 2101 South 3rd Street and the east sidewalk of South 3rd Street along the curbline of 2101 South 3rd Street written in two parts:

Part 1
Four (4) tables and twenty-four (24) seats will be located adjacent to the curbline and will encroach a distance of approximately six feet (6'-0") towards the south along the south footway of Snyder Avenue starting from a point approximately twenty feet (20'-0") east of the South 3rd Street east curbline to a point approximately thirty-eight feet (38'-0") farther east leaving a minimum six feet (6'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

Part 2
One (1) table and six (6) seats will be located adjacent to the curbline and will encroach a distance of approximately six feet (6'-0") towards the east along the east footway of South 3rd Street starting from a point approximately twenty-two feet (22'-0") south of the Snyder Avenue south curbline to a point approximately seven feet (7'-0") farther south leaving a minimum six feet (6'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections, the Department of Streets, and the Art Commission, provided that the Department of Streets, in its sole, ...
