THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1. The Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, for nominal consideration, the following described certain parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, for further conveyance at fair market value:

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground, together with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate in the 43rd Ward of the City of Philadelphia and described according to a plan of property by James E. Shomper, Surveyor and Regulator of the Sixth Survey District dated September 6, 1989 (AA-85), as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of Germantown Avenue (60'wide), at the distance of 30' 0" Southeastwardly from the Southerly side of Venango Street (50' wide); Thence extending S. 11º 48' 51" E., along the Southwesterly side of the said Germantown Avenue the distance of 32' 0" to a point on the Northwesterly side of a 3' 6" wide alley (which extends Southwestwardly to connect with a 2' 6" wide alley which extends Southeastwardly on a line parallel with the said Germantown Avenue); Thence extending S. 78º 11' 09" W., along the Northwesterly side of the said 3' 6" wide alley the distance of 82' 0" to a point on the Southwesterly side of the aforementioned 2' 6" wide alley; Thence extending S. 11º 48' 51" E., along the Southwesterly side of the said 2' 6" wide alley, the distance of 40' 8" to a point; Thence extending N. 78º 39' 00" W., the distance of 65' 83/4" to a point on the Easterly side of Watts Street (...
