THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Longacre Holdings, LLC, 905 Corinthian Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19130, owner of the property 1509 Mifflin Street, Philadelphia, PA, to operate and maintain an open air sidewalk cafe with four (4) tables to accommodate sixteen (16) occupants as follows:
One (1) table, approximately thirty inches (30") in diameter is proposed for the north sidewalk of Mifflin Street. The table will encroach approximately seven feet (7') leaving five feet (5') of clear unobstructed footway. The table will be located approximately twenty-four feet (24') west of the west curbline of South Hicks Street.
Three (3) tables, approximately thirty inches (30") in diameter are proposed for the west sidewalk of South Hicks Street. The tables will encroach approximately five feet six inches (5'-6") leaving five feet (5') of clear unobstructed footway. The first table will be located approximately twenty-eight feet (28') north of the north curbline of Mifflin Street; the last table will be located approximately forty feet (40') north of the north curbline of Mifflin Street.
SECTION 2. Before exercising any rights or privileges under this Ordinance, Longacre Holdings, LLC must first obtain all required permits, licenses and approvals from all appropriate departments, boards, agencies or commissions. No such department, board, agency or commission shall be required to issue any such permit, license or approval solely because this Ordinance has been enacted, it being the express intent of this Ordinance not to supersede any other provision of law governing the issuance of such permits, licenses or approvals.
