Title

Amending Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Street Vendors,” by prohibiting vending along certain portions of Spring Garden street; all under certain terms and conditions.

  THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

                      SECTION 1. Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 9-203.  Street Vendors.

(7)                     Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall:

(o)                     stop, stand or park his vehicle or conveyance for the purpose of selling any goods, wares and merchandise on the following roadways:

(.4)                     The south side of Spring Garden street between [15^th] Broad street and 16th street;

                     SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
