Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 14, 273 and 305 through 318 also sometimes identified by respective house numbers and street addresses for Parcel No. 14 as 2000 Diamond street, for Parcel No. 273 as 2359-2363 North Thirteenth street, for Parcel No. 305 as 1227-1229 West College avenue, for Parcel No. 306 as 1233-1235 West College avenue, for Parcel No. 307 as 2320 North Thirteenth street, for Parcel No. 308 as 2328 North Thirteenth street, for Parcel No. 309 as 1400 North Marshall street, for Parcel No. 310 as 1406-1410 North Marshall street, for Parcel No. 311 as 1422-1424 North Marshall street, for Parcel No. 312 as 1436 North Marshall street, for Parcel No. 313 as 1440 North Marshall street, for Parcel No. 314 as 627 Jefferson street, for Parcel No. 315 as 639 Jefferson street, for Parcel No. 316 as 627-629 Master street, for Parcel No. 317 as 608 Oxford street and for Parcel No. 318 as 1508 North Sixth street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute -the redevelopment contract with the Philadelphia Housing Authority and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia as hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority", for has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, as hereinafter "Model Cities," for which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on December 15, 1969, as amended; and
