THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  The Procurement Commissioner, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 11-502 and 11-503 of The Philadelphia Code, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the paving of Delaware Avenue from Lewis Street to Orthodox Street.
