THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
SECTION 1.      Pursuant to Section 11-405 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is authorized and directed to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 63 by:
  1. Striking from the City Plan and vacating Carlton Street from Twentieth Street eastwardly approximately 98'4” to a dead-end.
  2. Striking and abandoning certain rights-of-way for public utility purposes lying in the beds of former Carlton Street and former Uber Street.
  3. Striking and abandoning a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes and public utility purposes lying in the bed of former Wood Street.
  4. Relocating a certain portion of the curbline on Vine Street 7' in a southerly direction.
  5. Relocating a certain portion of the curbline on 20th Street 7' in a westerly direction.
