Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled Sidewalk Vendors in Center City, by prohibiting vendors from within 15 feet of any emergency egress, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§9-204. Sidewalk Vendors in Center City.
