THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following one-way regulation is hereby established:

Westmoreland Street between Lawrence Street and North 5th Street one-way westbound

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
