WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia as hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority", has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, as hereinafter "Model Cities", for which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on December 15, 1969, as amended; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Model Cities, designated as Parcel No. 359 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 1862 North Uber street (hereinafter "Parcel 359"). The area of Parcel 359 is bounded as follows:

Parcel No. 359 (1862 North Uber street).

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected situate on the northwesterly side of Uber street at the distance of ninety five feet eight inches measured southwest from the southwesterly side of Berks street; Containing in front or breadth on said side of Uber street twelve feet ten inches and extending of that width in length or depth northwestward between lines at right angles to said Uber street fifty one feet seven inches to the northwesterly side of a certain two feet six inches wide alley which extends southwestward communicating at its southwesternmost end with a certain six feet nine inches...
