Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Kingsessing Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 18, 19, 20, 21 & 22 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address for Parcel No. 18 as 5944 Greenway avenue, for Parcel No. 19 as 2024 South Salford street, for Parcel No. 20 as 2034 South Salford street, for Parcel No. 21 as 2052 S. Salford Street and for Parcel No. 22 as 2131 South Fifty-seventh street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with The Board of City Trusts and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
