THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of Bill No. 150163-A (approved June 18, 2015), is hereby amended to read as follows (matter added by amendment is in italics; matter deleted by amendment is in strikethrough):

SECTION 1. A Capital Budget for the Fiscal Year 2016, totaling two billion seven hundred three eight million, nine hundred ninety-one thousand (2,703,991,000 2,708,991,000) dollars, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A.  

SECTION 2.  Exhibit A of Bill No. 150163-A (approved June 18, 2015), is amended to read as follows (matter added by amendment is in ink; matter deleted by amendment is in strikethrough):
