Title
Amending Chapter 10-700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Refuse and Littering," to exempt duplex dwellings from the annual fee of three hundred dollars ($300) per property for neighborhood sanitation and cleaning services.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 10-700 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
CHAPTER 10-700. REFUSE AND LITTERING.
§ 10-701. Definitions.
	In this Chapter the following definitions apply:

      (5)	Debris. Any material resulting from the demolition of any structure, including stones, bricks, rocks, concrete, gravel or earth.
